Shortly after I posted the Binding of Issac: Afterbirth video of me fighting Mega Satan with an insane collection of items that caused my laser shots to drop firebombs filled with tornadoes made of knives(!!!), I managed to reroll an item in the Angel room into the Sworn Protector, the very last item I needed to complete the collection list! I have now finished the entirety of the game, something I never did with the previous version of The Binding of Issac. (Ipecac never once dropped for me in the original, despite having played through the game and beaten it hundreds of times!)
